Walk me through what you do when you first wake up. Do you have a bowel movement, or do you just pee? Drink water? Make coffee? Eat/skip breakfast. Give me the SCOOP!

Do you drink alcohol? If so... what kind? How often?

If you do not drink alcohol, what beverages do you commonly have throughout the week?

Have you had bloodwork done within the year? Can you send it to me, or do you care to share?
