  • This step initiates the process by collecting essential information about the client, such as personal details, health history, and wellness goals.

  • If I feel your goals meet my approach, we will schedule a 15-minute call to set up your Initial 90-minute Consult.

  • The Initial Consult may take place in person, via zoom, or phone. We will do a full evaluation of past and previous diet and lifestyle, health concerns, and wellness goals.

  • Promptly after the initial consultation, the practitioner provides resources and guidelines tailored to the client's needs and goals, facilitating immediate progress.

  • Tailor-made strategies include customized meal planning, personalized supplement suggestions, menu reviews for dining out, and setting achievable goals for your first week.

  • I'll be by your side every step of the way, offering regular email and text support to provide guidance and motivation throughout your health journey.
